Upgrade service!

I have had a Hypervolt v2 for 2 years and worked flawlessly m. I have just gone through the upgrade process via their WhatsApp channel. Nidhi was excellent. Also offered a blue light card discount. (Which I forgot to add on previously) got contacted by the installer and waiting on the date. Really great service. Thank you

Great service from Hypervolt and the installer..

From initial enquiry to having my new charger installed was only 8 days, great service from Hypervolt and the installer Revolution EV. I was keen to hide the cables as much as possible and after chatting to the installer (Keith) I received a revised quote which was very reasonable considering the extra materials and labour involved. I think (when Octopus integration happens) it’ll be the best charger on the market for the price. Highly recommend.

Brilliant, aesthetically pleasing Hypervolt…

Had a great installer through Hypervolt (OMP Electrical) had have now been using the charger every day and we absolutely love it. Great app for our uses. The charger hides the cable conveniently and makes everything look tidy and so easy instead of having to get the charger from the boot all the time.

Had mine fitted by EV-PV - a year on and .....

Had mine fitted by EV-PV. About a year ago. Got a new EV (different brand) and had an issue on the Friday (something broke and the device wouldn't power/connect). Spoke to Thier call centre via WhatsApp over the weekend then I rang the installer also after raising the ticket.

When I rang Gary we just popped over and fixed It same day free of charge. No nonsense excellent service and charger now works and had worked as it should thought untill this fixed blip last Friday. 10/10

Superb customer service the mark of a good company

In my job we always say a company will promise you the earth to get you to buy, but what are they like when it goes wrong? That is the real test of how good a company is, or not.
In July 2002 purchased a Hypervolt home charger, installed by an approved installer, and took the extra warranty so I was covered for 5 years. Normally I don't purchase these, but with 2 EV's a working charger is critical. Life was good and the charger did exactly what I needed it to do often delivering around a 1000kWh of power a month in all weathers.
Mid April 2024, without warning, it stopped working as expected and delivered only a fifth of the expected power to charge the EV's. Big issue as now having to use expensive public chargers! Got in touch with Hypervolt, and they tried to remotely access the charger with no success. Then they invoked the terms of the warranty, and 5 working days later I'm back up and charging! Brilliant customer service.

Placed an order for a Home Pro 3

Placed an order for a Home Pro 3 on 6 April and it was installed on 17 April. Smooth, fast process with regular contact from Nidhi at Hypervolt and Caroline at Home Car Charging Solutions. Highly recommended.

Had a new Wifi Router installed and…

Had a new Wifi Router installed and could not connect to my phone app for my Hypervolt Charger. The message was that the Charger was 'Unavailable for Adoption' by me although I have had it for nearly 2 years! After an exchange of What'sApp messages, one phone call and an email, I am now sorted out. The screens on my iPhone are a bit different, but I'm back up and running (charging). The signal from the new router is a bit weak, but OK with an 'extender' near the unit. Thanks Customer Support.

Charger Installation

New to EVs so did quite a lot of research on chargers. Hypervolt came out well - not cheapest but good product and service. Very nice to be able to speak to a helpful human when I made enquiry (seems that many companies don't want to speak to their potential customers!). Hypervolt put me in contact with their contractor (247ev) who were very helpful with technical questions about installation. Never felt under sales pressure from either company whereas some others want to force you to place an order before they'll answer any questions. 247 do a video property survey which was great. Installation smooth, they dealt with fuse upgrade, unit looks great. A very good experience.

Very nice looking charger

Charger looking very elegant on the wall. Not too big and colourful led lighting is a nice touch. Setting the app and connecting the charger was very easy and didn't take much time to do. Went for a standard 5m cable which is still plenty and can be wrapped around. Maybe in the future there will be untethered option available? I would have gone for it if I could. All together very pleasent experience.

Hypervolt EV charger - Great design and service

New Hypervolt EV charger that very happy with, a great product backed up with excellent service - a credit to British enterprise in terms of business and future sustainability. Feel it’s a well designed and quality product that we were able to tailor to the outside aesthetic of our house e.g. choice of colours, lighting, differentiating itself in a growing marketplace. The team and customer services have provided a first-rate experience.

Amazing customer support

Beautiful charger, 10m cable perfect length!

From quotation to installation, the whole process was so smooth. I chose to go with Hypervolt as I had heard good things about them via the Fully Charged YouTube channel and I'm so pleased I made the choice to get my first ever EV charger from them! I opted for space grey and it looks amazing on the wall of our house! I'm also pleased I opted for the 10m cable too as it reaches my car whether I park at the back or the front of our double drive, either faced out or in, spot on for length! The app is so easy to use as well which makes using the Hypervolt charger a breeze. Thank you for your amazing service and product!

Friendly, helpful, efficient

I have been very pleased with my Hypervolt charger since it was installed in late 2021. All has been well until I changed mobile phone. I had the app but could not work out how to access it. I was given clear and precise, step-by-step instructions to enable me to use the app again. I am pretty useless at typing on a phone virtual keypad, I keep touching two letters with each press. However, I was treated with understanding and patience. I can certainly recommend Hypervolt to senior citizens.

Incredible support

The support you get from HyperVolt is second to none, absolutely incredible service and so worth investing with them. My 2.0 charger has been going strong for two years without a blip. Only help I've needed is getting it onto new networks etc

The Hypervolt chargers are sturdy and robust

The Hypervolt chargers are sturdy and robust. The Hypervolt app is very good and packs numerous features such as scheduling your charge at certain times, provides a cost of your last charge and last few charges if you enter the cost per kWh.

You can even configure your LEDs brightness and moods.

Highly recommended

I had my charger installed this week, and really happy with Hypervolt. It does what it says on the tin i.e. charges my car and schedules it at off peak rates and as I need to. And it looks smart! App is easy to use, had a small glitch initially during testing immediately after the install but quickly fixed by flicking the Amperage setting down and back to 32A by the installer. Yet to find other issues.
My install was relatively straight forward, and charger was installed by Elecology. Really happy with the electricians. They were professional, friendly and paid good attention to detail.
